The Emotion Code is a simple and quick way to get rid of emotional baggage, allowing you to feel happier, healthier, lighter and more free.

This amazing energy healing method was developed by Chiropractic Physician, Dr Bradley Nelson. As he worked on his patients who had physical pain, he found that the root cause of the pain was often due to “trapped emotions”.

When we don’t fully process an emotion as it comes up for us, the energy of that emotion becomes trapped and these energies can affect us in a variety of ways and create challenges, problems and pains of all sorts - both physical and emotional.

Trapped emotions can cause pain, self sabotage, depression, anxiety, PTSD, emotional problems of all kinds and disease and malfunction of the body. They can hold you back and cause resistance to what you want in life.

The Emotion Code uses Applied Kinesiology (muscle testing) to communicate with the subconscious mind which knows exactly what trapped emotions you have, when they were trapped and the order in which they need to be released. It does not require you to re-live past events, or talk about them in any detail. Once the trapped emotion has been uncovered, it is ready to be released.

In order to release the emotion, a magnet is used to amplify the intention to release the emotion. The magnet is run down the Governing Meridian (the main energy channel in the body) with the intent to release the trapped emotion and the energy is released from your body.

I do most of my healing session remotely which means that we do not need to be together in person. I am able to do this by acting as a “proxy” for you. Our bodies have a built-in capability to quickly and easily “dial-in” to someone else, and create an energetic connection with them. Once we are connected, I can get answers about what is going on in your body because I am picking up on your energetic signal. Once I know what needs to be released, I do that by running the magnet down my own Governing Meridian and the energy is released from you, no matter how far away from you I am.
